I never tire of photographing my wife. She always has a new energy to play with, a look, a request and she challenges me to be present with her as no other. This last is the greatest gift. To handle exposure, lights, angles, framing, if a flash is firing or not, various camera settings, and all the rest may seem like plenty but the real work (or play) of it all is the connection being made between the photographer and the subject. Corinna has a sense of connection like no other, she knows if I'm off in my head figuring out an exposure setting or with her energetically and she lets me know about it. She demands my energy be present with her, to dance with her to create something beyond simply an image . . . to create a remembrance of a dance between her and I where both are present and in life fully in the moment. Thank you Corinna.
