This woman was playing Somewhere Over the Rainbow, she was learning it
and I thought how wonderful it was to be here waiting to have my blood
drawn being seranaded.

Just as I took the picture an angry, gruff man walked in and said to
the woman at the counter, "is that allowed!?". She was asked to
stop. Angry Man made a couple of snide comments, I and a couple of
others expressed our appreciation.

Angry Man still sits in the corner stewing, no music fills the air and
I'm wondering about rules.

I think I'll ask her if she will play outside so I can listen.
