I give thanks

Patterns
Colors
Shapes
Lines
Dark
Hidden then
Revealed

Humbled by the immensity
Feeling the ritual of
Rising
and
Falling

All this Beauty
in a single morning
and I remembered

This never stops
God continues to paint the skies
She dances ecstatically
Witnessed or not

Creation unfolds relentlessly
Tickling me to
Look
Feel
Smell
Connect
To know myself anew
Whole

I give thanks this day
for

Life
Sun
Water
Earth
Air

I give thanks this day
with tears of gratitude
smiles of joy
For his remarkable thing called
Life
